By becoming a member you will join a dynamic organization with more than 1,000 experts from around the world striving to promote gastrointestinal surgery and to improve the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases worldwide. EDS Membership is open to anyone with an interest in digestive surgery and you do not have to be a surgeon to be part of the EDS community.

Full Member:

Trainees (age <40 years of age) and Eastern European countries

EDS is a paper free association. Newsletters and other information will be provided normally through e-mail and made available on this website. Besides this newsletters will be published regularly on the Journal “Digestive Surgery”. It is therefore crucial that each member communicates with and updates the EDS secretariat about any changes especially in e-mail addresses.
